| I've been a SugarSync user for nearly 6 years. It wasn't keeping up with the features and space at a reasonable price with its competitors. So just after renewal, I cancelled. First, they don't tell you, they just charge your credit card. Canceling isn't effective until the term expires (in a year if you try right after renewal). No refunds are allowed. Beware! | |||||||

| Although this works well, you cannot get customer support. I have been trying for 10 days to clear up an issue with billing.Sugarsync does not have a phone number you can call for billing issues.You can only do an online chat.The first time I tried I was told there your 17 people in front of me waiting for help.The second time I tried I was told there were 27 waiting.
